Lemon verbena is native to Argentina and Chile. They are used in marinades or infusing oils and syrups. Use Lemon Verbena to flavor jellies, fruit, glazes, crème brule, ice cream, sodas, and teas. It contains citral, menthyl heptetone, carvone, dipentene, and geraniol.
